most probably yes, but you'll have to wait until before getting payment, then they'll tell you it's finish.

It could mean a number of things, such as dangerous content for advertizers, or too many ads on a site, or any other rule. In fact google created this message in order not to tell you what was the reason. They don't have to provide a reason for terminating an account, and so they don't.
But one thing for sure, if your account has been banned for too many unvalid clicks then they will ban the next one because it was found to be related to a banned account for fraudulent clicks. But if it was another reason, then I think they'll ban it too, especially if you put it on the same domain. Like the saying goes: "the same causes will probably have the same effects"

Your re-application will not be accepted for sure if you are going to use the same website. When you reapply, you must use different name, website, address and email address. In that way, there will be no traces of your old account that can be associated with your new application.

Its a waste of time. Give up with adsense, there are tons of other advertisers out there. Just dont click your own ads.
You might get approved by adsense but before your first check they will ban you and so those months of waiting will of been a waste..

Google can trace you so many ways.
So you don't only need to change domain, registered address for domain (you can't hide this from them as Google are registrars - and can see all!), analytics, webmaster account, address and email address etc.
You will also need to use different bank account / paypal account details - and they can even find you if you use the same IP address!
As superrichguy suggested - you might be better off trying something different until Google decides to be friends with you again.
Adsense is easy to use to earn a few pennies - but it's tough to get rich using it.

I don't think so, I have a friend who was banned from Google before but create another account, he got his cheque with no problem. Just use different address and never make the same mistake as the first one. That's all. Yes, Google can be stricted.

    Mostly Google will not ban
because i have the same experience .,
once one my adsense account was banned then i created another acc with the same mailing address and then after the approval i logged in thru the same IP address.,

so far my account is running well also received my checks.,

so my advice to the OP is YOU WILL NOT GET BANNED!

Are you using almost same name and address, are you using same ip as earlier then yes there is a greater chance to get banned
