If I've been banned from adsense, can I use a relative's account on my site?

    If my adsense account has been disabled, do you know if Google will accept it if I use a relative's account on my site? Is that ok to them, since the relative committed no violations?

    You can use your relatives account details if the site you are using is in compliance with the google TOS but if it is not the case then do not use the account.

    your relative runs the risk of being banned because his account is now "related to a previously terminated publisher". There are posts here at DP where that has happened.

    if your account or web site is banned from adsense , you are not allowed to join (or use) the adsense codes again.

    It's possible that google will ban the relative's account too. But I you wanna try please use the computer and your intenet IP that different from which you used. Also don't used the relative's account wuith you old site which have been ban. Try to establish the new now with new host.

    In sumary try to separate everything that can identify relationship between your old account and the new.
