I don't see how they would find you if - you use all different information - you do not use the new account on any of the old websites - you do not log in to the new account from the same IP that the old account used (proxy server?) However, if the problem was that you used your own search bar to search, you should write to them and explain that you made this mistake, if it is not too late. They may let you appeal. They might then reinstate your account. Anyway you would not be worse off than you are now. If I was banned by Adsense though, I think I would use affiliate ads instead. I do not think it is a good idea to try to fool them.
The secret is usually stupidity on the part of the user and scrutiny on the side of Google, but scrutiny does not mean Google is invincible. This is what you have to do to get a new account if your old one was banned. Get a new first name and last name, but as long as you have a new first name and a same last name, it can still work. However, if you use a last name similar to yours, you will get scrutinized even more. But no worries. Get a new home address or a P.O. Box. Get new contact details. Get a new tax ID or SSN or EIN. Get a new email address. Get a new website, make sure the contact details are not yours of the website are not yours. Set the contact details of the website to private. In short, you must become a whole new person and never forget that you are using the identity of another person to make money using Google Adsense. All this information can be obtained from a family member or a close friend. Regarding taxes, make sure that you tell your friends about taxes. Taxes have to be filed eventually, they do not have to be filed every year. So if you signed up for a new Google Adsense account today, your friend or family member would not have to report the earnings until the year 2009. Secondly, if the amount of the Google Adsense earnings are not over $12,000 dollars (I think, I'm not sure, varies by country.I'm in U.S.) you do not have to report the earnings. If you have to report the earnings, tell your friend or family members that if the IRS charges them money for making money on a website using Google Adsense, you will give them whatever money the IRS charges them. So in short, they do not end up losing any money. Although I do not condone doing this, this is not exactly wrong because you are doing all this just to get a new Google Adsense account and this is noteworthy. Also, you might eventually have to give your friend or family member some of the Google money because people love money and money is the root of all evil. I'm warning you now, by doing this, you risk losing friends, ruining family relationships and maybe even going to jail. Do this at your own risk.
Also, do not sign into the Google Adsense back office from your home, your IP address, not even a proxy. Do not access the Google Adsense account from your home address or you will be banned. This is the most important thing you can ever do. You will have to monitor the Google Adsense earnings from your friends or family member's home address and go to their computer and use their ISP always forever! After reading my post, you still want to do it? It is harder, but possible. If so, then please go to your friends home, an internet cafe or your local library and sign into blogger.com and then sign up with Google Adsense through there. Make sure you write about something original and use a lot of text. Use a new email address for this too. Good luck and if you need more help after this post, please post here and I will help you.
Another secret to catching people using fake Google adsense details is that the sometimes, like on forums, Google Adsense employees can read what people do to try and get a new Google Adsense account.
One last thing, when you get the new Google Adsense account, please don't do anything stupid to have that account banned. Good luck mate.
I think I should wait for YPN to go internationally instead, I don't want to be in jail (p.s. I'm not living in US)
You will have to monitor the Google Adsense earnings from your friends or family member's home address.... Do u mean IP address? Google can track my home address, too?
