    You don't need to buy anything.Wordpress is free for use and all the plugins are free.There are only themes that you can buy but you can also find them or their substitutes for free too.

    You don't find plugins in your dashboard?
    Just look at the left side of your monitor when you're in your wordpress dashboard and a little below the middle there is plugin menu with a picture of a real plugin.Then after going there just hit "add new" button and search for plugins install them and activate them.

    It usually stands just right above "Users",between "Users" and "Appearance"/Just don't know why there is no plugin section on your dashboard.

    Good day;

    Your are using the wordpress.com site. The plugins are already installed for you and you no choice as to which one to use.

    To be be able to add the plugins that you would like to use, you will need to purchase a domain and hosting.
    There are sites like bluehost.com, hostgator.com, godaddy.com, all of which will give you both.
    Also you will be able to use sub domains, via them.

    Then install the wordpress.org. This will give a lot more options such as being able to use many different plugin.

    Hi there;
    Wordpress.com is a free version of wordpress, you are very limted to as what ou are able to use it for.
    They may remove your site if you start to use to promote a business, as it is more of a daily dairy.

    There wordpress.org that you may use it is free, all you need to do it to get hosting and a domain name.
    With this one you are able to do almost anything you would like to do.

    Places like bluehost.com, hostgator.com, godaddy.com and many others that sell domain names and hosting is the best way to go.
    You will not lose your site and hardwork. You will be able to promote almost anything you like, and earn an income.

    They all have a c-panel that will allow you to install wordpress and plenty of free themes to use.
