    3)What is the average pagectr ?

    It doesn't matter as long as it is ALL LEGIT.

    Google knows a lot of information about your traffic, it's origin, and stuff like how long the user was on your site before clicking.

    There is no "safe" CTR as long as it is all legal and within TOS.

    To make you feel more at ease, you adlogger.org software.

    A tip: If you get a spike in CTR because of sudden heavy marketing, I would contact google about it to be safe.
