    If I want to run an ad revenue sharing forum, Do I need to email to adsense, and tell them my forum address ?
    Will they ban me ?

    if you are going to use the codes of one adsense account like digital point, it will not be a problem

    I think it is better to ask adsense team only. They will give correct answer and

    as long as you don't have ads two ads from two different advertisers on the same page, you are not breaking any TOS.

    you don't need to ask adsense team about that. You only should use a single adsense id on a page at the same time.
