If I update my site with new content every 1 hour once and ever 1 min once....

    I have seen some sites like forums or like scriptlance that almost immediately, their search term appears in google from a new project...

    It depends on how often your site being visited, crawled and indexed by Google bots. Good example is this forum, there's a lot of case some threads here immediately show up on google search after few hours.

    How would I be able to increase the crawl rate then?

    Would it boost up my search engine keywords etc .. meaning more search engine traffic?

    Can't you manually control the crawl rate through Google Webmasters Tools?
