If i trademark a name can i get the domains for that name?

    lets say i trademark "pinkadoodle" just a sample name, could i get "pinkadoodle.com" and other domains using the trademark rights?

    As long as they were Created after you filed for a 'TradeMark' of that Phrase

    Indeed. Considering that trademarks do not necessarily grant one a license to
    seize a domain name from its owner, unless that person can be truly shown to
    be infringing one's mark.

    Then again, do you appreciate someone else taking something from you that
    doesn't belong to them? Something else to consider, perhaps.
