if i sell something with resale rights, can i still sell it?

im pretty damn sure i can, just want to make sure.

Yes, if it is in the Terms and Condition. However, if you get resale rights, you can most likely just offer to end users and you cannot give them resale rights.

If you get something with Master Resale rights then technically under the terms, you can sell others resale rights.

If you are unclear, check with the one who sold you the rights.
