When I sell a domain, it's only the domain-name that goes to the buyer, right? If I sell a site, am I right that the buyer only buys the domainname + the content? meaning the hosting of the site will be entirely up to the buyer to choose and pay for? Thanks, Stef
hi again, You can sell: - just the domain - domain plus site (script, content, etc) - domain plus site plus hosting (if you also offer a hosting service) Each case is different and those terms should be talked between you and the buyer. Clarify everything in your sales copy. This post should give enoug information: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=48847

Yes. meaning the hosting of the site will be entirely up to the buyer to choose and pay for? The hosting can be given to buyer at the will of the seller but not necessary.
