    How can we make employees working life more colorful & intresting, so tht they can take more intrest in their job. Any kind of games, entertainment, training sessions or any kind of surprising event during working hours...???

    Rewards, rewards and more rewards. Either monetary or not both will result in a tonne more interest/dedication towards their job.
