Hello. If I rename a Channel in my AdSense account that was already aligned with pay per click ads already deployed on a website, do I have to change any code for those ads? Do I need to rebuild the code in AdSense and paste into my website?

If you change your channel name, yes your code also needs to be changed.

If you are just renaming the channel, you dont need to change the codes because the google_ad_channel aka channel_id will stay the same and that's what is being referenced in the JavaScript codes on your webpages. If you create a new one, then you will have to change your codes accordingly.

If you want peace of mind, check the adsense code for a channel. Note the google_ad_channel and change the channel name and note the new google_ad_channel. If the google_ad_channel stays the same (which it will), you dont have to change anything at all:)

    You mean the //Channel name

No you do not have to change it since the ID stays the same.

    Peace,
