    1-if i put topic at twitter and digg and come from them vistor and click ads.its legal

    2-if i upload videos and put it at youtube and metacafe and other like them and put my link site at video and come from them vistor and click ads.its legal

    or its spam because i will send alot of topic to twitter and upload lot of videos?

    It's legal to add your links, But for more info try to contact adsense.

    Google adsense team may notice that if twitter of youtube send lots of traffic to your site.

    Google adsense tracts ips, that's you know. If traffics are coming from different server location and ips then no problem.

    No problem.... But make sure that you are not spamming peoples...

    Because if the bounce rate of the traffic is too high then they
    may review your site and traffic. And consider the traffic as invalid
    traffic and ad impressins.

    I think it doesn't matter where your traffics came from or the sources of their visits in your site as long as your website and click-throughs comply with the PPC Ads TOS.

    It's 100% legal, but traffic from social bookmarking sites normally don't click on ads.
    What it does it increase the impression and reduce the CTR.

    It's legal. Heck it's just advertising. Just make sure the links you are posting to twitter, digg and others don't send your visitors to a page that is just all ads or extremely misleading. Abide by the tos and avoid any content that is frowned upon or not allowed/illegal according to adsense terms and you will be fine.
