If I pay, can I get better link development?

I own a website: http://www.r43ds.net. Before time, I build link myself, and it seems the result is not good. I just want to know, If I pay money to somebody, can I get better link development? How to get it?

 

Depends on how good the guy. You will get the same result if the guy is not good enough, you can actually found many called as seo "expert" offering cheap seo service everyway, the fact is you just wasting money and time to buy those service

The person has to know what they are doing, like us we have 4 wesites and they are all on page 1 of Google for a keyphrase that has 12 million competiting pages.

 

like they say, money talks. you will get backlinks for sure if you pay, just how good the links are would depend on who you pay
