If i have PR3 blog, where i can find easily guest posters so they will pay me for putting their articles?

contact those internet marketers who just want to get some back link through article posting . you can google it .

 

first of all, start a guest blogging page on your blog. explain properly what you are looking for in a guest post - like it must be high quality - copyscape pass, 500+ words minimum etc. and mention how they should contact you.

once this is done, start to accept guest posts. accept some free guest posts to get it started. people will start to notice that you are accepting guest posts and they will start sending more offers.

start to pitch them your rates, tell that that you charge "what ever fees you wish" for publishing guest posts. and you will get plenty of offers in your email.

along with that, you can try the buy/sell forums here, and other such forums around the internet.
