i would spend 50% for PPC and 50% for Link sales .. it's not much but i think it can bring you some uniques ( potential customers ) ^^
Are you trying to promote your blogs? If so, I wouldn't spend the money at all ... I'd spend a few days commenting on other people's sites. Get a readership base first ... you won't get many feed subscribers by buying links.
That's a good idea... hire someone to submit your blog to hundreds of directories. Are you trying to promote it as in gain more traffic or are you wanting to work on PR?
$25 on PPC... thats what?... 250 visitors or so. You can get that many for free in a day easily. There is not much you can do with $25 you can't do yourself. Id spend it on beer.
Find a website that has a lot of traffic and offer $25 to the webmaster to mention your website and link to it. Presto, a lot of traffic!
I agree with ahkip. Get a few good directory submissions. If your site is new, don't put it in hundreds of directories, as you might get flagged by google. In the end though, your time will bring you much more benefit than money at this point.

I have a hard time trying to find an audience for my Myspace. It seems that a lot of people that like my page, but just view my blogs and not comment. Only the hardcore fans comment on my blog. What can I do manually that will increase my Myspace Blog traffic on there? On average I get about 300-400 visitors a month. I will top this month with about 300...
