if i have banned from google is i cant make new one by the same info ?

    It happens to me, and i'm pretty sure to many more out there.
    You can never create another adsense account under your name.
    Period. Find an alternative or you'll just have to live with it.

    You can apply with the same name but not with same address...
    Tweak your address a bit and re-apply with a quality site!
