Give me one reason why it would be spam.

It could be spam, but no one said it will be. If you have a nice trending topic, it won't be SPAM.

A post does not translate to spam, rather it's the content of the post. Posting is good for any forum environment but posting for the sake of posting and posting "Thanks" or "That's cool" to every thread you can find will probably be considered forum spam - i.e. posting irrelevant stuff to boost your post count.

You mean posting on a different forum, I thought you meant your own forum. Well it could be SPAM, but 33 posts per day isn't that much. I've seen people posting more posts per day which had a lot of information so.. ;)

if you only post "yes it's good, thanks for bla-bla-bla,, i agree" or other spam comment in all thread in forum, you should be a spammer, but if you write somethink good for all in forum, it's no problem i think.

Why set yourself a target of making 1000 posts in a month? To me that sounds like you ARE intending to spam the forum with useless posts just to raise the number of backlinks. Even as a user - not a moderator - of forums, it annoys me when people leave ill-thought-out or totally useless statements just to get a backlink. I find it especially annoying when I've started a thread in the hope of getting some useful info and all I get is spammy comments.

Why not contribute something useful to a smaller number of threads? My understanding is that once you've got a few backlinks from a forum, the rest are pretty well superflouos in terms of linkjuice and seo.

1000 a month is just 35 or so a day, should be ok.
Its the content that counts not the numbers

It's not spam but what's the reason you decide the 1000 post on this forum in 1 month.

    Good post. Agreed
    Thanks for info.

Sorry, couldn't resist! Anyway agreed, 33 posts a day is not that much - I post at least that a day on a sports forum I am very active in and about the same again on another sports forum I run. Opinion, facts and information can easily add to 33 posts.

But as others have said if you are posting that often your posts need to be GOOD as otherwise they will be considered spam, and with that many easily seen.

Is not that i have set my target for 1000 post. I just came up with a number. The main ideea is that i never used a forum before for getting back links. I just want to get some good quality backlinks without upseting anybody. That`s why i started this threat to find out if there is a possibility to be banned from a forum if i do to many commnents on various topics.

On DP you don't need to worry, if you are trying to add value you'll be fine no matter how many posts (just my opinion of course - and I am far from being a mod).

On other forums you need to be more careful. DP has a lot of new posters posting a lot - and a huge number of conversations and boards. If a board is a lot quieter than coming in and posting a huge amount of posts will be seen and thought suspicious... and if you are including backlinks then it is likely that they will consider you a spammer unless you are offering some of the best info around

Better to just judge your contributions on a board by board basis

I don't think anybody from any forum on the internet will ever ban you for too many posts, if they are really good and informative for everybody. The quality matters, not the quantity.

By the way... why are you planning this? where are the benefits? :)

    bless
