10000 email addresses are a drop in the ocean if they are not an audience with a specific interest. If they were all interested in one thing - that would be a diferent story! A success story I'd say!
you can use in many ways..if those are classified i mean ..mails of similar type guys try selling them product according to their lifestyle..you can easily search for them online to get more info about them.

It's not worth it if you bought the list - I would rather put your time and efforts into building a list of people who are interested in what you have to offer. Other than that, you won't really get anywhere with purchased email lists. It all depends on their response rate ... Cheers
