    It's doesnot mater if you want to create 1k or 10k webpage but remember the content must be original other Google will not love you and that case it can be some problem

    I would say cheating - you're doing this to outsmart the search engines and if they catch you then - imo - you could expect a penalty or deindexing.

    As a reader, would you want to read 1000 pages of computer generated garbage??

    it is not cheating but if you would put excessive amount of links from those pages then it might be .
