If I don't pay chargeback So what Paypal Can do With Me

    Hello Everyone,

    I have started Business with someone. He(Dave) is from USA, We have started business in india with me. He told me that he will invest money for office, Salary and other expenses. And i need care work. our 2 big projects go wrong. Now he don't want work with me. But he is doing chargeback for the amount which one he have sent for office and salaries, i didn't eat his money he also know this, because we set complete transparency between us. Which amount he sent me that were for office and salary. Amount in Thousands, So What should i need to do? If i don't pay the chargeback to paypal, So what paypal can do with me? Please give me right suggestion? What i need to do?

    Try to explain the situation to paypal and settle the dispute. Show payment reciepts and any other emails etc as proof to back your point. Don't ignore as this will make you look like a scammer. They can take legal action so be ready.

    Hey jonseo, i am also facing the same issue with paypal. could you please tell me did you paid the chargeback or you just ignored it?
