    If I create page rank checker webite, will there be any problem with google. My website will have to extract the page rank data from google.

    I'm not sure the process they use, but they pull the data from data centers from Google. They now the limit of queries per IP per day I believe.

    Yeah I also have visited many websites offering the service of checking PR, website SE catching status, also together with the website catalog.

    checkpagerank.com still well functioning and also gor pr rank 6 or 7 and apparantly there is no penalty from google for providing this.
