If I change my primary Paypal email will I lose my subscriptions?

    Hi,

    We have a Paypal merchant account that has scores of monthly subscriptions.

    I'd like to change the primary email associated with that Paypal account but I'm worried I'll lose a lot of these subscriptions.

    Does anyone know for sure? We've been trying to get someone at Paypal to give us a definitive answer but we've been passed from pillar to post.

    You wont lose your subscriptions so long as you keep the primary email on the account.
    I just tested this myself for outgoing subscriptions, and none were cancelled.

    Thanks Localnode, we still haven't had a definitive answer but it looks like our incoming subscriptions will be cancelled when we update the primary email.
