If I can send my paypal amount to xoom

I have a paypal account without credit card since bank withdrawls are not working in india, if I can send my paypal money to xoom and then transfer that money to bank. I f it is possible.

I think its possible to verify it with a virtual credit card.So,please verify it first and then withdraw.

VCC?I Think it's risky.There is no need to verify ur paypal first.You can still withdraw without any problem

 

Hii guys thanks for your help. I got my first paypal payment but they messed it up in india. I dont have a credit card so I hadnt linked my card to the paypal and when I tried to verify my bank account random deposits which needed to be sent hadnt hapnd since now. So what are the options for me NOW. iF XOOM will work for me or not since I had an unverified account

 

Xoom only works with the verified paypal account
