Hi,

Just wanted to give you people some inspiration and pointers!

We all know how hard it is to begin making some money online, but after you find a way the rest comes easy and the fun! amazing I'm telling you.

6 months ago I started to put all my time, effort and money into affiliate networking and it has payed of.
It all started with a simple blog and know I don't really have enough time to manges all the sites I have.

Trust me on this! It's all about connections and communication between you and your connections. Maybe it's hard to believe but you just can't do all the work your self! I have tried it and the only thing I got from it was half finished projects, no sleep, headaches, NO money back and the thought of just quiting this 'making money online' thing for good... !!

The first thing you should do is think, think and think. I don't know how many minutes I have sat in my chair, looked out the window and thought about 'what does the internet need?' when I find something I turn my head 90° left and start my research on that niche. Many times I find out that the internet doesn't need my help in that niche so I turn my head 90° right and start thinking again.
Why?
Because I think when you got an idea that people will benefit from and at the same time make you money, you got BINGO.
These kind of ides often are very easy to promote because the tell a friend system will work on it, even if you don't have a tell a friend script on the site. When your people are happy with the results, they will talk about it. 100%

When you have found something the internet needs you should start of by opening notepad and write down that idea and all the questions you might have about it.
Example: Write down your idea and then some questions.
My Idea

1. Where should I start?
2. What is the best way to promote it?
3. How can I make money from it?
4. Why would people want to visited my site?
and many more....

then take one question and do a research for the answer, when you got the answer write it down and research another question.
Example:
My Idea

1. Where should I start?
A: I found this great sites where I can get people to make the website and all the coding for me. scriptlance.com and elance.com... there I should open a project and get people to bid on it.
2. What is the best way to promote it?
A: I think I'll start off by finding link ads on related sites to buy, write articles or have someone write them for me....... and so on! (hope you got the point!)

If you do this you can always forget about your project! because you'll have all the info to start it again in your computer.
What do you mean?
Tell me if you recognize this:
You find this great Idea, start doing your research on who to do it, find sites that could help you, asking questions on forums and getting good answers that helped you a great deal..... 2 days later you just can't think of anything but your idea and all the info you have gathered the past days, then you land on a 'website' that tells you your not doing the right way to make money! you start reading the sale page , think of all the negatives your idea has and suddenly your idea is trash, you start reading more about the sale page info, you google the idea, start asking people on forums about this and that.

did you? maybe not but I have! not just once.

Now the great Idea you had is forgotten.
What ever many days later you start thinking about this idea you had a while ago. and you just think it still might work! (90% of great online money making ideas don't get delivered! why? "lack of concentration")
Now you can't remember where to start, where to promote it...... so you start your research again and almost all the time you make the same mistake again.
Just think if you had written everything down, you could start from the point you got distracted and do this cycle again and again until you have a finished idea. (Just don't put it on hold for a year. hehe)

Just by writing everything down you won't get as easily distracted, have the option of using your written questions and answers as an info for articles or to make a sale page, there's more change you'll remember what you learned and the chance of putting your idea on hold so you can rest and do something else with your time!

Can't stand how hard it is reading this f***ed up English!

The rest of my checks where put into the bank. just like having some money around me! it's my inspiration!!! hehehe
(aaaaaaaa, I'm sometimes so stupid! but I make real good money)

Back to the subject:

For ones follow your instincts and finish what your start!

Affiliate networking is my advice, there is some good money made if you just do it right!

So if your thinking of giving up on online money making my advice is NEVER!
You don't have to spend all your time online just don't forget it! you never know when you just might get a million dollar idea and the fun begins!

Follow this and you just might make some money!

Never give up!
Respect your fellow webmaster!
Help others to get help in return!
To make some money you have to spend some money!
You can't do everything your self!
Never rush into things!
If it works do it again and again and again!
Think, Think and Think!!!

This is a hard one!
You could find as many forums about this subject as possible and post this offer on them! I know it would take to much time but do the research and find around 50 to 100 fourms that have good traffic and many members and then pay people to post your offer on these forums.

So my idea would be find around 10 people or few posting service that would post this offer on all the forums and remember to make them response to them as well with info you provide.

So for example you find 50 forums, so you would have to buy at least 250 posts (for the answers) on the rate 0.20 - 0.30 each for example. that would be around 75 USD but just think of all the traffic you get and maybe if you get 50 to sign up the tell a friend system start to work and 50 turn to 100, 100 to 200, 200 to 400..........

p.s. for targeted traffic adwords works all the time! just not if you budget is low.

Nice post. My problem is exactly that, my ideas get distracted by new ideas. Need to learn to focus...

But i wouldn't want to focus on one project only, i wonder how many projects people usually have going on at the same time...

At the moment I'm working on 3 projects!
but they are all very different. two of them are more on the side because I only tell people what I want and give them updates when I think of something that might improve the project. The best thing is that I have people working on it that I trust 100% and have delivered great outcomes so far on other projects. I do not rush this people because if I do! I would get a "fast" work outcome that might come down to less money making, so I give them all the time they need , one project has been in development now for 2 months, it only took them about two weeks to finish my first draft but I decided to put it on hold just in case I might find something that might improve it. Now 6 weeks later so many things have changed, new designing , new features, more security and mush more.

So my advice would be to take your time, theres always place for improvements!
If your budget allows you to mange more then 1 project and you have a great idea! make it happen. Because if you make other people do some of the work for you (like I do) you will be left with great time where you can't do anything until you hear from your freelancer. This is the time where I would open notepad, write my idea in details, ask my self some questions about it and do the research to answer them.
When you hear from your freelancer save the notepad and put it on hold.
Never work on 2 projects at the same time!

This would be called time management.Like they say! Time is money

Can you elaborate on the freelancer part? What kind of cost is it usually for a freelancer and what parts do you have outsourced? And where do you hire quality people? I've been trying to do everything myself and it just takes so long....
