Hi, I am new so please apologies in advance. There is a website I am intersted in buying to do with Twilight. Advertiser on ebay says already established and you can make lots of money through advertising space and commission from Amazon & Cafe XPress. Before I do this, how does it work? Some of the jargon goes right over my head but I already spend approx 7 - 8 hrs on computer each day so thought may as well make money. I also have a new motorcycle clothing business that runs online but a web developer who handles all the website stuff for me. How do you promote advertising space to businesses? Is it done online or the old fashioned way of going to see them? Probably a stupid question but honestly not really getting the concept yet.
You can advertise your site in the following ways. Write Articles - This is a great way for people to find your site. Use Keywords so that when people google "Twilight", they will find your articles and then proceed to the site. You can advertise your articles by submitting it to a social bookmark website. Word of Mouth - Tell your freinds on myspace and facebook, and let your family know. Blog - You could start a twilight blog and bring some people into your site. Submit to Directories - By doing this, your site will be listed on search engines so that people can google you and what not. Fourms - Post in forums, and have your site in the signature. You will be surprised to see how many people you can bring into your site. There are so many ways to advertise your site. Just google it. I hope this helps!
