I think you can contact google letting them know that you bought the site from someone else . they can unban your site if all is legit :)

Its not a site that gets banned from Google but its the person who owns the Adsense account being used on the site.

As long as the site isnt breaking rules now that its in your ownership you should be good to go.

I would however send Adsense support an email to ask.

There is little more to add to the above...what else do you want to know?
If this is an AdSense question (presumably is, because it is in AdSense forum) then TurfSniffer has answered - it is not sites that get banned, it is users of AdSense.
If you are asking more generally, can a banned site be unbanned - first search on the www name to see if it is in the google index - if it is there, it isn't banned. If it is not there, it perhaps is banned - such sites can be reinstated after having the offending matter removed and using a reinclusion request, but it can take a long time...there are other threads elsewhere on DP about this

A site can be banned from adsense. Have a read of this article by Jenstar. If a site is banned than you can request to have it unbanned but there's no guarantee that google adsense will unban it.

As for banning from google's SE, just search for yourdomain.com and if the following isn't shown then the site is banned:

"If the URL is valid, try visiting that web page by clicking on the following link"

If it's banned then read filing a reinclusion request by Matt Cutts. Again, there's no guarantee of a reinclusion into google's index.

An additional note, a site can be banned from google's search engine and still work with adsense, and a site can be banned from adsense and still be included in google's search engine.

To test sites, I sometimes use the Google Preview Tool. I've heard this isn't 100% accurate for being unbanned, but if an ad won't show up, it is banned.

    So I've been told.

Last year I bought a site where the owner was banned from showing Adsense. I contacted google and was assured there would be no problem with me displaying adsense.

As mentioned above the account, not the site gets banned ... Just don't make illegal clicks ;)

Sites get banned too, there are many of them out there (that is how I got the screenshots for the article that was linked to above :) ), and AdSense will not always allow the sites to enter back into AdSense. I know some who have purchased sites, discovered they were banned from showing AdSense, and AdSense still would not allow them back in, even though it was new ownership. So it is definitely buyer beware.

If you are a publisher who has been banned, AdSense will not allow you back in.

Let suppose If I check the site by Google Ad Previw Tools........ If I saw ADS in the Perview Tool, what it means??? It means that site is NOT BANEED? Or what else??? If I found nothing in the Perview Tools, what that mean??
