hello, if i buy a p4 download site, and make a new site on it, will this help me getting top position at google becuase its p4? example www.download-easy-music.net if i buy this and make a music website,
It will make it easier for you to reach the top but PR is only one of many factors, content is still they key to good SERP positions.
I do not think PR has a whole lot to do with (SERP) link position.. Keywords, keyword density and on site SEO and type of backlinks would definitely do more for your link positioning in the SERP's. Boulder
Not too much, unless you want to rank well for the anchors used by current links pointing to that domain. Also, the links pointing to that site maybe are not "natural", maybe are paid links, so after next Google PR update that site could be PR0.
I find that it does help a bit, but content is still the key, back links etc are factors that also influence PR. So the more back links the better for SERP and the better for PR too. Both are inter related in a sense.
Yea that sounds very true, wisdomtool. How it is more a combination of factors in the final outcome of the equation, rather than just PR factor alone. And yes, unique, keyword rich and informative content would play a large part in this, I am sure! Especially over time, or to keep that PR going strong. Boulder
I think it should help a PR if you maintain a keyword of the previous content.. You also must active to updating your site
I have found higher PR sites get their sites indexed quicker, but it wont help much with SERPs as it might be getting is PR status from a few pr5/pr6 site that have unrelated anchor text back links.
PR doesn't matter for whole site. If you have good content, well optimize then you get good traffic form SERP.
100% right if u have good content then traffic will be good which will give u good revenue and good backlinks and in the form of good backlinks site will get good PR too
Absolutely... and without quality content, its a matter of time before you will be penalized with a lower PR.
