    wat should i do next/??? sit and wait for approval...
    it can take for about 10 years?
    what can u suggest me guy...to have my site appear on search engine and indexes....at least at the top 20.....

    Yes, DMOZ takes a while. If you want higher placement and you're willing to pay, I would suggest looking into an SEO firm to help you with your site so you get top placement asap.

    Continue about your business and work on your website and developing other links. If your not listed in a few months I'd suggest submitting again. You'll get mixed opinions on this, but thats what I suggest.

    Learn seo for yourself. Hang around here, ask questions, post your website for review. SEO is VERY expensive if you want it done right. It's best to learn for yourself as it's a valuable tool.
