    A White Page Takes More Power than a Black Page .

    If Google Turned It Black rather than white , there would be a saving of 300,000$ of electricity ( 1.5 Cr Rs approx )

    Sounds like a great linkbait to me ;)

    If you turn off all datacenters you will save a lot more $$$ of electricity.
