We are up and down but just slightly up for the most part.

    How about you?

I think you mean live, not alive? If it were the former my results seem very good, but if it were the latter I would run to the hills and await Skynet's wrath. :)

Based on many searches I've done recently using the new sandbox of Google Caffeine search...

I'll have to admit it, Most of my websites are ranking higher than ever ;)

I really LOVE this update :)

Never even heard of it. I would like to check it out. Is it still going or not. I see some people say it is.

My web 2.0 properties like squidoo and hubpages have been kicked out completely. Which in some ways is nice to see. Definitely i see more "real" websites on the front page rather then just "doorway" pages.

That would be favorable for our site, surely it will come through a lot of changes to make it more powerful and reliable.

Definitely gain SERP. My results in their testing version are way better than these in the current index, which seriously dropped and keep fluctuating for some reason.

Anybody with any info when they are going to implement it?

I would gain, although my site is only a few months old so it sort of goes up and down in the SERPS.
