    yes, i have also been banned by the Google and i have tried many times to get my account activate but all in vain.

    You can try by using a different name like I did but within a month they picked up on it and banned my account again. So your better off finding another ppc program ect..

    My suggestion for you is to open adsense account with one of your family members name (also address different if possible) and follow rules

    Yes, You can make the account in the name of new member in your family or friend from different IP address. And also change the method of advertising you're using. You'll also need to remove all your website. Because you can't place the ads again on the same website.

    Yes you can but you will have to show good cause why you should be reinstated. Most likely your best option to start over with a new account.

    Yes you can do that BUT you have to have a new payee name, address and
    e-mail address, and of course, a different website. If you don't want to do
    that way, then making an appeal (if you believe you didn't do anything) is
    an alternative way of regaining your adsense account. :)

    I am banned by Adsense too around two years and I don't know why. Somehow I respected them, and I'm not going to create another account again.

    If you were banned once, stay away from them and look for another publisher like Adbrite.
