If ever I will transfer my site to another hosting will it affect my GOOGLE and Yahoo Indexed pages?

Or what are bad things that can maybe happen to my site related to SEO.

    Thanks

MOD - if this is not the proper place to ask this concern please please please transfer it to the right place... thanks

Assuming that you first set up the new host, transfer your site over to it and test the site prior to the "move" to see that everything works, then update your nameservers to point the domain name to the new host once everything is working properly (and if using absolute URLs replacing the IP address of the new server with the domain name), then no, it won't have any impact.
