    Not a good idea. Mods will not involve transaction that been made between members whether it's a good or bad experience. Leave a negative iTrader just like what nitinleew said.

    But usually when offering a services, buyers should pay first before they use your service and not another way around.

    iTrader ? If he has 200, do you think he gives a *** for -1 ?

    He should be banned, and if the transaction is made via PayPal just launch an investigation.

    And yes, first you pay and then you get the product. Or pay 50 % before and the other 50 % after the job is done.

    If you have exhausted every other avenue then I would make it public. How did you pay? You can charge a dispute with paypal. You can do a chargeback if using a credit card.

    If its the script,then don't deliver the script to the buyer.
    Else you should leave the buyer negative itrader to let the next person dealing with to be careful.
