If spouse signs up with same site will the other person be banned? and you get someone like a spouse to sign up to adsense so you can use their account, will the person banned be able to put the adsense back on the sites it use to be on before getting banned, will google even know?
They have all kinds of easy ways to track back - address, ip number, domain name - unless you get fully reinstated, those sites will be dead to AdSense from now on.
