Can any one help me about this problem. I have made a deal with a guy and I paid that guy by paypal. But the guy didn't do the work properly. Is there any possibility that I can get the money back? Is there any rules in paypal to get my money back? I paid the guy about 6 wks ago. Will that be a problem? If any one knows anything about this pls tell me.
You can open a dispute, but to be honest you'd probably be wasting your time. If he did the work then it boils down to your word against his as to whether or not it's up to scratch. It's a matter of interpretation and PayPal will probably side with him because at the time you thought it was good enough to pay for.
You should open a dispute with paypal you should do it soon the longer you wait the more difficult it will be.
