    well, basically it should be chosen from the nature of the site .
    as all know .com is for a commercial site , .info is for information related site .. etc.

    .com is always at the top. secondarily .net and .org can be a viable alternative.

    .com is almost always the first choice. If the website will have an audience that is confined to a single non-USA country, then you can use the ccTLD for that country. Both .net and .org can be good second choices to .com. In some instances, .org is actually preferred to .com by non-profit or social outreach organizations. Other TLDs like .me or even .info or .co can have their use.
