If adsense TOS is so strick then why ezinearticles.com is not banned?

Does that seems to be amazing? Yes, the same reaction was mine when i opened an article today on ezinearticles. com and found something illegal in terms of Google adsense TOS.

I found that there are 3 ad units and 4 ad units. Is that not illegal or Google itself is ignoring the big boys in internet industry?

    What do you think guys?

Ok..So what is the way to become premium publishers? Is there any special requirement or Google chooses it on their behalf?

If your site receives more than 5 million search queries or 20 million content page views a month, you may qualify for AdSense premium service

EZA is premium publisher and have lot more options and flexibility. TOS for premium publishers is also differnent. i would not be surprised if they have 24/7 account managers with adsense who is only one phone call away. amount of impressions and clicks they generate, it is wihin google's best interest to keep them happy

Not quite. You could be generating 15 million on a very high quality or niche (unlikely the latter) site, and quality for premium.

On the other hand, you could be generating 30 million a month on a trashy site, and not get accepted.

They take a lot of factors into consideration, not just the page view count.

No, you need to be personally invited to be a premium member, and in order for that to happen you need to have a site which gets about 3 million pageviews a month.

I've never really paid that much attention. I just assumed it was the accepted way of them doing things. Until now, I hadn't even noticed anyone complain. Very interesting, this premium publisher program they have going. I'm sure that EZA has a very high CPC ratio.
