It's going to vary by state, but it shouldn't have to cost nearly this much (about half?). Perhaps in some...

There is a better answer then just registering a new account. Do the right thing, tell the customer to apologize. I did it in a email to them after I made sure my site was within their terms of service. Then they unbanned my Adsense account and told me to make sure I don't violate the Terms of Service ever again. The Google Adsense Team is great team to work with and they're very forgiving or at least were with me. Tell your customer to give it a shot, if it doesn't work tell him to try the other options presented in this topic.

Have all guys who just simply stated "No" ever read the adsense policies and help section? Or just repeating what you've read somewhere else?

    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=9729&ctx=en:search&query=multiple+accounts&topic=&type=f

    Quote:

"Can I sign up for more than one account?

No. Publishers are not permitted to maintain multiple AdSense accounts under the same payee name."

    Note it says payee name.

    Further down the same page:

"4) I need a separate account for my business

In this case, you may submit a new application. Please make sure that the account type (individual or business) and payee name are different from your original application, and ensure that you can accept payments to that payee."

So, as someone stated before, create a new corporation and get a new bank account. Even if it costs $500 or more, aren't you planning on making more than that on your adsense account? Isn't that just part of doing business?
