    adsense banned my account and then i created a new account with my father`s name, and then i changed his name to my name and all worked ok..

    still now im getting money from that account

    Hey this is great news! (Not) You have just given Google your number that they can use to track you down for fraud! As make no mistake that is what you or anyone else is doing when you try and apply for another account. In the original TOS that any adsense publisher signs up to it specifically tells you that you cannot reapply when banned. Do so and you are breaking the original (LEGAL) contract and that amounts to fraud.

    Lastly are you so dumb as to not think that Google probably monitors this forum daily? I would if I was them (Of note is they have 100+ anti fraud staff in the UK alone so I believe) - mind you as it is your second post we can safely assume you have been banned from this forum before and just signed up with a new ID.

    U can open another adsense account with another address and name but probably you wont put the codes in the same site which was banned previously.

    You should try to appeal, Although the adsense does not allow the second account according to their terms, But Being realistic No One just stops it after getting a one banned.
