If account canceled can I get adsense back?

I bought a website and put adsense on it, then it turned out that there was some nudity on it (free image hosting site) and they canceled my account (along w/ all the other sites I had up). Is there any way to get back in good graces??

Of course it was your fault. You're responsible for everything that happens on your site and with your content. Accept the responsibility, learn from your mistakes, and seek out other means of income instead of wasting time trying to get back into Adsense, because even if you manage to hookwink them with a fake name, address, etc, they'll eventually find out just when you're about to be paid and ban you a second time.

Register an entity with a EIN number and register under company name.
