I have a new clip that i believe it could get at least 200,000 view from youtube. For a 2 second Ads before and after the video, how much would you pay for that?

Nothing; the display time is too short and there is no gaurantee of 200 views much less 200,000. Sorry to be harsh, but that's just the truth.

5$ here just to get it started :)
I think 2sec is enough if your website name is good enough to remember ;)

2 seconds is not nearly enough time.

It will probably get viewed a few times. Someone will re-edit the video to strip out the ads and re-post it to youtube, and the one without ads will become more popular than the one with ads.

Is it allowed to post someone else video by editing it?
Iam happy with the first 2 seconds only.
Even if we keep our link there thats enough.

Well MOST videos on youtube are breaking some kind of law... scouting out videos that have been edited and reposted is the least of youtube's concerns I should imagine.

Why not length your time since most of the advertisers would think it's too short.

The reason iam interested for the first 2 seconds is , its enough because this is a video and it starts loading the moment we click on play ie buffering till that moment our advert displays as the first 1-2 seconds loads up instantly ;) and the balance one starts after the buffering is completed :)

I wouldn't believe such assumptions and calculations without seeing the video myself. Then, if I agree with your estimations, I would have paid about $50 only as a start, and then add a specific amount of money for every 10,000 views, up to a given, defined limit / date.
I'm not expert at advertising costs so I can't give you an exact number, but this is how I would pay.

As long as the content of the video is complementary to my advert. Otherwise it is just bad publicity making me look desperate for eyeballs.

Oh and I challenge anyone to accurately predict the number of views a video will get on youtube. Estimating viral marketing (the basis of youtube) is a job for fortune tellers and clairvoyants

if you could get this # of view, you should post it on some video sites that pay producers by the # of views, such as MetaCafe.
