if a site made with google custom search = adsense ban?

    if a site is a niche search engine. (may be an ebook search engine or school search engine or business search engine or document search engine)

    and the data is from google custom search

    and its purpose is to get seo optimized titles indexed in google yahoo msn

    get traffic and moneytize with adsense

    = ADsense ban? :eek:

    correct me if i am wrong.

    assume the content is google search results. :rolleyes:

    Its best to stay within the TOS, ask google I emailed them and they got back to me within 24hours ;)
