If a site links to commercial site, but has no commercial content, is it commercial?

I want to submit one of my sites to the free yahoo directory. There is no commercial solicitation on this site, but it is designed to drive traffic to my commercial site. There is useful and viable content on the page... should I give it a shot? I am still in the probationary stage here at the forums, so I wont post the url, but if someones wants to look at it, pm me and I'll give it to you.
    Thanks

Put you site URL here - it doesn't have to be link. Those who are interested in your site will visit it anyway.

Try to keep the number of links to commercial sites to a minimum, otherwise yahoo or the other directories might not accept your site.

Why would it make it make a difference? Lots of companies have blogs and informational websites that share information while promoting their own business. If the site has useful information and is not simply one giant advertisement you should not have any problems.
