I have some backlinks from "page not ranked by Google" webpages...... do they count?

I know this is different from PR0 backlinks... in which I do have many of those as well

you mean no pr available pages? I think as a general rule as long as the linking page is cached then it must offer some sort of benefit

of course, they will count to backlink as long as page is indexed to gg, but not much juice.

Yes they count, and if they don't now, the will later. Many pages say PR N/A right now in my SEO Qauke bar, but those sites will be updated during the next page rank update, and will no longer be a PR n/a. Unless you're dropping links on old sites with a PR n/a, you don't really have to worry.
