If a domain name is making money...

    does that affect the price it can be sold?

    I ask because it seems there is the price for just the domain, undeveloped...

    then there is the price for trailing revenues.

    Which is more important, name potential or existing revenue in the price of a domain name?

    Depends on how good the domain is, generally having content would increase the value regardless, however if you had a realllly good domain Then content wouldn't really matter too much i wouldn't think.

    If your domain gets many visitor even without content...yes it might make you good money.

    Yes it does. Usually people are prepared to pay up to 24 times its average monthly revenue (you need to get constant revenue for 3 mths or so, though)

    It depends on domain name itself.. it's length, typo, easy to spell/remember then you can ask for good value even if it's not developed else develop it and try to get good traffic for it which will increase it's value.
