if a account got blocked!!

    Hi,
    i want to know that if a account got blocked on a domain site. and they say that they will not restore account then in this case can someone transfer domain in his blocked account??

    looking for some fast response

    but why, if i contact them and ask for secret information needed for transfer then will they provide it?

    If I understood your post correctly, the domain name account has been locked
    by the registrar or whoever for whatever reason. If you're not able to access it
    to, say, unlock the domain name and obtain the auth code, then you would not
    be able to transfer it out of them.

    Why it's locked, only they know. Try to resolve the issue with them, even if it'll
    mean paying any "fines" or so based on the situation.

    Just to try to set realistic expectations here, no one owns a domain name. Your
    rights to it are limited by your provider's registration agreement, which may have
    a term called "right of refusal".
