IELTS or TOEFL which is better for a Webmaster & Blogger ?

hi,

I want to do a English language course for improvements, which is better
IELTS or TOEFL
I'm a student and Webmaster & Blogger (I also write articles).
Don't know about future where I go for study or work in UK or USA no idea
I thought you people can guide me better about that matter.

Go for IELTS ...... i think it is much better . Also it is now accepted in USA .....

I have never learned IELTS before. Thank you for this thread, now I know how important it is, lol.. I think I should start on the IELTS websites before taking a course.

 

I never heard of IELTS...

I have a TEFL teaching certificate and all my Thai friends who went to work in places like Australia, UK and USA all took the TOEFL test. So from my experience I believe that TOEFL is more internationally recognised than IELTS.

 

If you are looking to improve your english just for webmaster stuff then I don't think you need to waste your money over either EILTS otr TOEFEL. You should just look for any english improvement course available around in your area.

IELTS or TOEFEL are specialised courses for students going for higher studies abroad and it takes too much money to give those tests.So I would recommend the above.

 

Yes, improving your English should be done by joining a forum of like-minded people etc.
