    The second IEEE International Conference on multimedia (ICMT2011) by the Hangzhou dianzi University, Ningbo University, a dozen other famous universities at home and abroad such as University of Louisville University jointly organised this meeting which will be held July 2011 in Hangzhou, 26 per cent, published by the IEEE Conference proceedings issue, and EI core full text retrieval, some outstanding papers (after the expansion) will be sent to the SCI journal published.

    The first ICMT2010 was held October 29, 2010 in Ningbo University, all paper has entered the IEEE database, which has 7 good articles recommended to SCI-tech journals and has accepted. specific conferences,
