IEC code required for paypal check withdrawal?

    IEC code required for paypal check withdrawal as well or is it for only bank withdrawal?

    No IEC code is not required for withdrawl using check. I dont understand this policy. Why its required for Bank withdrawl and not Check. But its good for individuals who is not having any company or IEC code
